The power dialer for agents and their teams
ARIS dials your leads several at a time from a local number, and hands you the first person who answers, with their notes already on your screen.

Lines
The first to answer is yours. The other lines are let go and go back in the queue.
How a session runs
Give it a name and add the people you want to reach. Each campaign keeps its own leads, notes and results.
Put on a headset. ARIS rings up to five leads at once, each from the number closest to them, and only inside their calling hours.
The first person to pick up is yours, with their notes on screen. Tap the outcome, book the appointment, and the next batch is already ringing.
What’s inside
One place for the dialing, the notes, the calendar and the follow-up, so nobody is copying between tabs.
Each lead sees a number from their own area code, or at least their own province or state. They always see the same one, so callbacks and texts line up.
Talk through your browser with a headset, on a laptop or a phone, or have ARIS ring your own cell.
Your open times are one tap away on the call screen. Reminder texts and a confirm-or-reschedule reply follow on their own.
Switch recording on per campaign and play any answered call back from the lead’s history.
Leads are only dialed inside their own local calling hours, and anyone who says “don’t call” is never called or texted again.
Hear them yourself, skip them, or have ARIS say who’s calling and why in your words, then put you through if the person picks up.
“Please say your name and why you’re calling.”
“Hi, this is Jordan calling for Sarah, about your benefits.”
Built for a team
Agents keep their own campaigns private. Managers see everyone beneath them. Bookers dial only the campaigns you hand them, and the appointments land on the agent’s calendar.
